Step3now we are creating the eye in the second layer. so we must create the second layer.
By through click the insert layer icon(see screenshot) you can create new layer 2

Draw the eyes in layer 2
step5 we are extending frames .you should create extended frame in two layer.
By through right click->insert key frame.
now in the layer frames are extended
step6: In these step we are creating the eyeball moment in the 1st frame eye is top bottom go to the 30th frame eye ball is the left side.
a) Click in the 30th frame In the second layer.
b) Select the one eyeball (using the selection tool(v))
c) Go to info window(select window->info (or) using keyword Ctrl+I)
step7now we are transform the first eye ball by through changing the x and y coordinate.I change
X: from222-->190
Y: from174-->150
And see the eye ball It transform(222,174)-(190,150)
X difference in(222-190=32) and y difference(174-150=24)
Similarly do the left sight eye.
After changing we are create animation.

a)select any frame between 1 and 30.not first and 30th from 2,3….28,29.
b) go to properties select tween as shape.
After creating press enter you can see animation for eye moment
